A credit card is required to book all appointments.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

 Retinoids and waxing are both forms of exfoliation. Lip, eyebrow and any facial waxing can strip away part of the epidermis, resulting in lifting the skin.  Stop retinoid treatments one week before waxing. Please advise if you are currently using a retinoid, so your technician can do an alternative method of tweezing only.

  • Perform an allergy test 48 hours before use.

  • Do not use the product on irritated or broken skin.

  • Not suitable for pregnant or nursing women.

  • Not suitable for the use of persons under the age of 16.

  • Clients must protect treated eyebrows from UV light after treatment, as sunlight may also cause an allergic reaction. 

  • Allow 4 weeks between treatments. 

  • Hair colorants can cause severe allergic reaction. If no reaction occurs within 48 hours, usage is safe.  The allergy test, however, cannot predict future allergic reactions. Please consult your doctor if you have any doubts or if you are experiencing a severe reaction.

cancellation policy 

Your time is very important and it is reserved especially for you. If there is a scheduling conflict, please reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance. If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify the salon at least 24 hours prior to appointment.    

  • Cancellations less than 24 hours will result in a charge equal to 50% of reserved appointment(s).

  • 'NO SHOWS' will be charge 100% of service charge.

brow lamination instructions

Prior to your service, stop using chemical exfoliants 3 days before.

-  After the service, do not spend too long in direct sunlight as it will weaken the perm effect. Do not wet your brows, workout or take a hot/steamy shower for 24 hours. -  Keep your brows hydrated with Coconut oil, Aragon oil or Castor oil at least 3 times a week.

 

late policy

Please call ahead if running late.  Clients are allowed a 10 minute late grace period for any service over 30 minutes.  After 10 minutes your appointment will be considered a last minute cancelation.
