L.A. native, Monica Varela has been practicing skincare & brow artistry over 14 years. She is an accomplished Brow Specialist, Certified Dermalogica Skincare Expert and Certified Microblading Artist. Her experience in perfecting her signature “naturally-defined brow” began as a makeup artist working with a diverse clientele from music videos, film, weddings and salons, to becoming a traveling brow artist from L.A. to San Francisco.

Today, Monica is the proud owner of The Brow Foundry, a curated brow & lash studio in the heart of Old Pasadena. A foundry for talented artists and a safe space for all guests to connect, relax, vibe and feel their best.

As a Brow Specialist, Monica makes it her priority to continue education to progress with the growing industry. Kimberly Ann has over 15 years of experience specializing in eyebrow shaping and skincare. Born and raised in L.A, she has worked with a diverse clientele and uses her expertise to cultivate eyebrow techniques that are customized for each client. Her approach to beauty is organic, healthy and simply radiant.

She is passionate about beauty and believes that the perfect eyebrow is critical to her clients overall personal style. She is known for her meticulous brow shaping and contouring, creating a perfect look for the individual. She also provides expert waxing services to help remove all unwanted facial hair.

One of the most important elements of her work is building long lasting relationships with her clients while also sharing and providing helpful tools and treatments for successful at home care. Kimberly enjoys educating herself daily on fitness, health, and well-being and really enjoys sharing what’s she has learned, because beauty starts with the state of mind, body, and soul.

Kimberly is a licensed cosmetologist and a skincare expert with certifications in eyebrow shaping, full body waxing, lash lifts, henna brow, brow lamination, beauty make up and continues to educate her self on the latest trends.

Nydia’s creativity and passion for helping others led to her transition from the hospitality industry into the world of beauty. After earning her cosmetology license in 2012, it didn’t take long for her to find her passion in lashing.

As a certified lash artist, Nydia specializes in the safe and damage-free application of extensions while maintaining the health of the natural lash. Each extension is meticulously applied using a combination of technical and artistic skill.
